GridSpace (100 SaaS) privacy
Applies to the grid marketplace at gridspace.llab08.com, now named 100 SaaS: a product can rent a space of one to nine grid cells by monthly subscription and show its title, description, image and link there. Browsing the grid needs no sign-in.
This service is operated by llab08, Hong Kong, and these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The section below explains this product’s data handling and current availability.
Sign-in and checkout are switched on separately. While they are off, as on the date below, there is no sign-in and no space can be bought, so none of the sign-in, purchase or published-content data below is collected. Browsing the grid is available either way. The sections below describe the handling once sign-in and billing are switched on.
Sign-in
Buying a space and managing billing need a sign-in. You sign in with a 6-digit code that our own authentication server at supabase.llab08.com sends to your e-mail address; there is no password. This is the llab08 sign-in that other llab08 products also use. The sign-in service keeps your e-mail address and sign-in records, and 100 SaaS keeps your e-mail address and account identifier with its customer record. The sign-in session is kept in this browser’s local storage, not in a cookie; signing out ends it in this browser only.
Purchases and access
A space is a monthly subscription priced by its size and paid by card through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach us. When you buy, Stripe receives your e-mail address and our account identifiers for you. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the subscription status, amount, billing cycle and current period, and which space you hold. If a paid checkout cannot be given its space, we keep the reason and refund the payment automatically. Of the notifications Stripe sends us we keep only their identifier, type and time. Editing what a space shows still uses the purchase e-mail together with the subscription or customer identifier, not the sign-in; keep these details private. That identifier is carried in the purchase confirmation described under providers below, so while transactional e-mail is switched off you have to ask us for it at hello@llab08.com, from your purchase e-mail.
Published content
The title, description, image and destination link you publish to a grid cell are visible to other visitors. We store that content together with the ownership and subscription records needed to manage the cell. Images you upload are resized on our server and kept in our file storage on supabase.llab08.com. When a subscription ends, the space is released and its title, description, image link and destination link are cleared; the uploaded image file can remain in our storage until we remove it by hand, because nothing deletes it on a schedule; write to hello@llab08.com from your purchase e-mail and we remove it.
Providers
The app, its database and file storage run on our server. Cloudflare handles requests to the site. Stripe processes payments and its customer portal, and sends its own receipts. Resend sends purchase and renewal confirmations when transactional e-mail is switched on; a purchase confirmation includes the space, amount, dates, the subscription identifier and purchase e-mail needed to edit the space, and a renewal confirmation the amount, invoice number, a receipt link and the next renewal date. Transactional e-mail is not switched on as of the date below.
Browser storage and logs
The site keeps your light or dark theme (theme, userThemePreference), the last grid page you visited (recent_interactions) and, after you sign in, the sign-in session in your browser’s local storage. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics SDK. To limit abuse, our server counts requests per network address and path for about a minute. Requests reveal information such as your network address, browser, requested path and time to our server and hosting providers; these may appear in operational or security logs.
Deletion and cancellation
To cancel, sign in, open your account page and choose “Manage billing”, which opens Stripe’s customer portal; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period and the space is released then. There is no self-service account or content deletion. By e-mail, write to hello@llab08.com from your purchase e-mail to request access to, correction of or deletion of your purchase records and published content, or help with cancellation. Deleting your 100 SaaS records keeps the shared llab08 sign-in identity unless you also ask us to erase it, as explained under shared sign-in retention and erasure. Stripe retains its own payment records under its policy. Removing published content alone does not cancel a subscription.
