Privacy notice

JPlove privacy

Live at jplove.vercel.app. A static site (Astro) hosted on Vercel; it can be installed as a progressive web app.

This service is operated by llab08, Hong Kong, and these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The section below explains this product’s data handling and current availability.

Data this product handles

iPhone and Android apps

The iPhone and Android apps (bundle id and package name com.llab08.jplove) are in internal testing and are not yet available to the public on the App Store or Google Play. They open this website inside the app, so they handle data as described above: saved events and the caches stay in the app’s own storage on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. On Android the app’s data is excluded from device backup and transfer; on iPhone it may be included in your iCloud backup if that is switched on, under Apple’s terms. Without a connection, the apps open pages you have already viewed from that cache, or show an offline page built into the app with a button to reload. Sharing uses the system share sheet with the page address, and links to other sites open in Safari on iPhone or in your browser on Android. The apps add no accounts, notifications, location or camera access, advertising or analytics. The iPhone app asks for no permissions; the Android app asks only for internet access (its bundle also lists the framework’s own app-scoped permission guarding a broadcast receiver inside the app, which grants no access to anything on your phone).

Advertising

The site, including inside the iPhone and Android apps, shows no advertising today and loads no advertising script. When advertising is added it will appear only on list and gallery pages, and this section is updated to name the ad provider and describe the consent step before the first ad request is made.

Hosting is Vercel. The host may keep short access logs. We do not use them to identify anyone.
